Once we’ve discussed your ideas, preferences, and budget, we’ll provide you with a ballpark estimate based on the scope of your project. This initial estimate will give you a general idea of the costs involved, helping you make informed decisions as we move forward with your design.
2. In-House Design – What Sets Us Apart
Unlike many builders who outsource their designs, we do everything in-house. This personal communication, and a deck that’s custom-tailored to your lifestyle and property.
Our experienced design team consults with you to create a layout that’s both beautiful and functional. Using detailed plans and 3D renderings, we'll have you imagining your new deck before we even begin construction. For this we do require a design agreement deposit to ensure your vision gets the time, creativity, and attention to detail it requires
Once we proceed, we’ll begin crafting, refining, and finalizing the detailed drawings necessary for securing permits and ensuring the successful creation of your custom space. During this time we’ll provide a detailed estimate with no hidden fees.
3. Build – Professional, Precise, and Built to Last
When it’s time to build, our experienced crews handle every detail with care. You can see our expert craftsmanship in our portfolio. We'll manage all details of gathering permits and material acquisition, through construction and cleanup. Your lattice doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s anymore and it doesn’t have to be flimsy and breakable. PVC lattice comes in over 20 patterns, varying thicknesses, and can be used in a large variety of applications. Coming in standard colors of Black and White, it can also be custom painted.

Will you repair, stain or paint my current deck?
We do not offer refinishing services such as repairs, treating, staining, or painting wood decks. However, we are authorized to repair Trex decks under Trex warranty services.
Can I resurface my deck without rebuilding the entire thing?
Yes, however, there are many factors that we have to consider to determine if it is the right choice. It is often most cost effective to rebuild.
Do you build in the winter?
Yes! Artisan builds year round. Building in the winter is an excellent way to prepare for an amazing summer ahead!
Do you offer landscaping services with the deck project?
While we primarily focus on the deck itself, we can provide referrals to trusted landscaping partners who specialize in plants and hardscaping that complement your new deck.
Are your decks backed by a warranty?
Yes! We provide a warranty for both our craftsmanship and the materials used in your deck. Most of our projects come with warranties ranging from 25 to 50 years, depending on the materials and specifics of your project. We stand by the quality of our work and the durability of the materials we use, ensuring your deck is built to last.
Do you build treated wood decks?
We have moved away from building with traditional green treated lumber in favor of more durable, low-maintenance materials. We specialize in high-performance composite and PVC decking that offers the natural look of wood without the ongoing upkeep. Our goal is to create outdoor spaces that are built to last and easy to enjoy year after year.
Can you create a dry space beneath my deck?
Yes, we have a few options for water management systems beneath elevated decks.
