The process for each client will vary depending upon the complexity of the project. Straight forward projects may have a shorter design phase, and may go into our production calendar within a couple months. A more design-heavy project such as a screen porch may take much longer to plan, design, revise, and build. The process may take over nine months to complete.

Artisan prides itself on creating an outdoor living space that you will not need to spend your weekend time maintaining. We are Trex Pro Platinum builders, providing the highest quality composite decking available.

Our design agreements, weather for a small or large project, cover our time designing your project down to the fine details. You will also receive the construction drawings needed for permits and a detailed quote. There are some projects that are an exception, but in general, even a basic deck will take time to create the plan for.

We do not offer refinishing services such as repairs, treating, staining, or painting wood decks.

We do upgrade and repair older screen porches. These are evaluated on an individual basis by our expert builders.

Artisan is currently building non-insulated enclosures. Four season rooms are considered a home addition which we recommend discussing with a local home remodeling company.
