Artisan’s Choice Sizes

  • 12'x12'

    A 12’x12’ deck is perfect for small gatherings, a space for a grill or a cozy area to spend the evenings. A deck this size can easily become crowded if used for dining with more than 4 people.

  • 14'x12'

    If you are looking to add a space for outdoor grilling and dining, the 14’x12’ size will provide ample space for a table and 4 chairs and a standard size grill. Add a lighting package for evening dining ambiance.

  • 18'x16'

    An 18’x16’ deck starts to feel more like a living space. This option is perfect for those who want to have an outdoor living space for dining, lounging and grilling. This size can easily hold a table for 6 to 8 and have a space for couch and chairs.

  • 22'x18'

    Need room to host family gatherings or neighborhood block parties? A 22’x18’ deck can do just that. Ample room for outdoor sectionals, multiple tables and an outdoor kitchen, this space will be your new outdoor oasis.

 About Artisan’s Choice Decks

  • Artisan’s Choice decks offer convenience by having:

    • Pre-designed plans to streamline the process

    • No design time or fees

    • Sized to reduce material waste, for sustainable building practices

    • Trex composite decking and aluminum railing with industry leading material and labor warranties

  • A site visit is required to verify the following qualifications:

    • Removal of existing structure

    • Attachment to house

    • Type of footings required

    • Variations in terrain

    • Diamond Pier footings

    • #1 grade Southern Yellow Pine - KDAT lumber

    • Trex Enhanced composite decking

    • Trex Signature powder coated aluminum railing in black

    • Landscape fabric and stone under the deck (Recommended for decks less than 24” above ground level)

    • Upgrade decking from Trex Enhanced Naturals to Trex Transcend for improved performance and warranty

    • Upgrade to white or bronze railing

    • Trex LED lighted post caps and/or stair riser lights
